71 Tamaki Drive is home to Rickshaw Eddy's where you'll find fabulous Asian-infused meals, bar snacks, platters alongside a wide range of beverages. Patrons can take in expansive waterfront views from a newly-built colossal balcony overlooking the ocean. The deck is the perfect perch to relax and enjoy authentic Asian lager, Tiger, on tap.

Diners can challenge their pallets with crispy pig ears braised in white wine and herbs, coconut and beer battered prawns and glazed free-range pork belly cubes. Those seeking more substantial and familiar will find comfort in meals such as pulled barbeque pork sandwiches, seafood laksa or Angus sirloin steak. Meals are affordable and Eddy offers a kids menu for little eddies.

No, the burger's not retro, the music is! Enjoy a pint of Eddy's beer, a glass of house wine, or a soft drink plus a burger/sandwiches for a retro price of $16. Eddy play his favourite '70s and '80s music. Dress up retro if you want!

Give yourself an excuse to come out on a Tuesday night! Fun & win prizes! Kick off at 7pm! Be fast, seats fill up quick!

Wednesday - Loyalty Club Night

Eddy style. No plastic membership cards for Eddy's best customers. Eddy say "you join my club, Eddy give you something special from bar - maybe an old brick, an old rickshaw tyre, whatever! You just bring your loyalty object with you & Eddy give you 20% discount. Wednesday night only!" (Earn your badge! Loyalty members are by invitation only)

Thursday - Big Joe's Wine Club

Like your Central Otago Pinot? Can't afford crazy CBD wine price? Well, Eddy sort you out! Join Big Joe's Wine Club Night! You & your friends can choose any 4 glasses of wine from Eddy's wine list (wine by the glass), whether its your favourite Sauvie, Chardie, or big full of body Central Otago Pinot, plus a platter of bread and dips for only $40.

Friday - Sports + DJ Night

Kiwi love their rugby, so does Eddy! Live sport @ 7.30pm, followed by DJ from 9.30pm till late.

Sunday - Sunday Session with Phil Madsen!

Our favourite son from Eastern Bay! Live music by Phil Madsen from 4pm every Sunday, for rest of his life. Great musician, who sings, plays acoustic guitar & even does impression of saxophone.
