COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any entry not complying with the terms and conditions set out below is invalid.

2. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry is restricted to New Zealand residents over the age of 18

4. Promotion commences in New Zealand on 4/7/20. Last entry closes at midnight 19/7/20.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry that is late, lost, stolen or damaged. Entries are made by depositing a receipt in the designated box at a participating store during business operating hours or can be uploaded to the website www.missionbay.co.nz. The latter are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database.

6. Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. There are 10 prizes and each prize is a family dinner at a restaurant participating in this competition to the value of $200. The denomination will be provided in vouchers issued by Mission Bay, The Promenade valid at the restaurant selected by the prize winners.

8. The winners will be notified by the Promoter by phone or email using the details supplied by the entrant. Prize winners will be notified immediately after the prize draw on 23/7/20. If a prize winner does not confirm acceptance within 24 hours of the prize draw then the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. By accepting a major prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities.

10. All entrants agree to receive future promotional material from the Promoter and sponsors.

11. Personal information is collected and stored by the Promoter and may be used by the Promoter for further direct marketing initiatives. Please contact the Promoter if you wish to change or correct any personal information.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is Drive Holdings Ltd in conjunction with Mission Bay, The Promenade.

13. Changes to the competition: If the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, modify, reschedule or cancel the competition, and/or determine the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to that decision being made. The Promoter accepts no liability where any such event occurs. Its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Waiver: The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15. By entering this competition the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
